La Doria San Cristoforo Gavi DOCG is a 100% Cortese white wine produced by Cascina La Doria, a family-owned estate located in the municipality of San Cristoforo, approximately 3 km from the village of Gavi in Piedmont. Harvested from 25 estate-owned hectares on the left bank of the Lemme river, the wine benefits from alluvial soils and a favorable microclimate that consistently yield a Gavi of intense aromas and quality. It is imported to the US by Winebow and is considered a benchmark expression of the Gavi DOCG appellation.
